Refunds & Returns Please note that items already shipped are non-refundable as they are collected directly by our shipping couriers. However, if a return is authorized and issued, the customer is responsible for bearing all shipping costs to our return center.
Damaged Products In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item.
